Dr. Marc Moramarco is a respected chiropractor of more than thirty-six years. He treats spinal and musculoskeletal disorders with a specialty in nonsurgical scoliosis treatment. He is the foremost Schroth method expert in the United States, a curve-pattern-specific scoliosis rehabilitation protocol for self-management.

Practitioner, Instructor, Author

His passion for helping scoliosis patients began more than two decades ago when he diagnosed his twelve-year-old daughter with the condition. He went on to become the first U.S. practitioner certified in the Schroth method at the Asklepios Katharina Schroth Clinic, Germany. Soon after, he established Scoliosis 3DC®, a comprehensive, outpatient back school for patients with scoliosis and kyphosis. Programs offered integrate the most current, evidence-based Schroth method advancements. Dr. Marc Moramarco and his team offer one-on-one instruction and full service scoliosis bracing of the highest caliber. His programs are highly regarded for their educational value, efficient learning, and excellent results. Participants are empowered as they learn to take an active role in managing their scoliosis to improve posture, maintain or reduce curvature, and avoid surgery. Patients from all over North America and five continents have come to Dr. Moramarco for his expertise.

Dr. Moramarco is the US member of the Schroth Best Practice® Academy Board as well as the US Schroth Best Practice® Advanced Instructor. He is the North American distributor, and a provider, of the Schroth method compatible Cheneau-Gensingen Brace. He also trains other professionals interested in providing this innovative brace to their patients. Patients, parents, students of Schroth, and colleagues have praised Dr. Moramarco as an outstanding teacher and trainer.

Dr. Moramarco is a graduate of Boston University and the National University of Health Sciences (formerly the National College of Chiropractic). He has lectured on the benefits of non-surgical scoliosis treatment and bracing in the US, Europe, and South Africa. He is the author of research on conservative scoliosis treatment and a coauthor of ‘Schroth Therapy: Advancements in Conservative Scoliosis Treatment’ with Dr. Hans-Rudolf Weiss and the late Christa Lehnert-Schroth, PT and the lead editor of “Schroth’s Textbook of Scoliosis and Other Spinal Deformities,” a twenty-five chapter text on variety of topics related to scoliosis and kyphosis.
