This young girl’s AIS diagnosis came very suddenly. Within days she consulted with both an orthopedic surgeon (he recommended surgery) and with Dr. Marc who recommended a Chêneau brace and our Schroth program. At the time, this girl’s scoliosis measured 41º and 47º. Posturally, improvement was obvious almost immediately post-treatment! Her  x-ray–after 11 months– showed an incredible REDUCTION of scoliosis by 13º and 29º. At the time of this post, her scoliosis measured 28º and 18º and we are optimistic for continued improvement.
